Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of trygevi.com and your purchase of products from Gevi (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Our products — important health notice

Gevi products are dietary/food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any equivalent body. Always read the label, use only as directed, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use — especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total shown.
We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order at our discretion; if we cancel a paid order we will refund it.

4. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Please read carefully. If you choose a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring purchase. By subscribing you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method the subscription price on a recurring basis (e.g. every 30 days) until you cancel.

The price, billing frequency and next billing date are shown at checkout before you pay.
Your subscription continues until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting hello@trygevi.com or via any link provided in your emails.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund an order that has already shipped (see our Refund Policy).

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping information for details.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law: (a) our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the products or these Terms is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the products or refunding the price you paid for them; and (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Gevi name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
