3. Cookies & advertising
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google and analytics tools — to understand site usage, measure conversions and show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with those providers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad preferences via Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings, and optout.aboutads.info.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;

- Shipping/fulfilment partners, where needed to deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers (including Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Meta and Google) store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. By using our services you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely.
6. Data security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we rely on the security measures of our providers (e.g. Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant systems). No online service is 100% secure. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and financial records).
7. Access, correction & complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@trygevi.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Marketing & unsubscribe
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. We will still send you essential service messages (such as order confirmations).
